| Service Requested: Long-Term Resident Visa |
After graduating from a high school in Beijing 24 years ago, I came to Japan as a student.
While studying, I did not apply for a change of visa status, and after my period of stay expired, I entered into a relationship with a Japanese man. Before marriage, in order to introduce myself to my parents in my home country, I used a forged Japanese passport to travel overseas.
As a result, the forged passport was discovered and I was deported. Five years later, I obtained a spouse visa and returned to Japan, where I resumed my life.
I went through divorce, marriage, and remarriage, and after divorcing again in February, my period of stay was due to expire at the end of July.
Having lived in Japan for over 20 years, I had no place to return to in Beijing. I searched online and contacted ACROSEED at the very last moment before my visa expired.
Mr. Miyagawa listened to my situation with great care and completed the necessary procedures on the final day of my permitted stay.
Although it took seven months, I was ultimately able to obtain my visa safely.
Given my criminal record, I believe obtaining a visa was extremely difficult, and I am deeply grateful for Mr. Miyagawa’s support and expertise.

Who This Case May Be Helpful For
For Long-Term Resident Visas, the outcome often depends on how key issues are identified and which documents are used to explain them. In cases with complex histories, it is especially important to carefully organize the facts and present them in a structure that avoids misunderstanding by Immigration. When a visa expiry date is approaching, prioritizing procedures and preparation is also critical.
- Those whose living circumstances have changed significantly (e.g., after divorce) and need to reconsider their visa status
- Those with complex backgrounds who want to clarify which visa status to apply for
- Those facing an imminent visa expiry and needing to decide on a strategy and prepare an application quickly
- Those who want comprehensive professional support, including document preparation and written explanations
*The most appropriate procedure differs depending on individual circumstances. We first organize your situation and then propose realistic options.
